I purchased this printer a few weeks ago. It has been a dream to use. I would definitely recommend this as a great printer for anyone starting out with 3D printing or even for veterans that want a more compact and reliable unit. I am extremely impressed.Use - Very easy to use. This is not my first 3D printer, so I do have a little bit of experience with them in general. But this was still a very easy printer to simply start using. Leveled the bad, loaded filament and printed the test print. It came out absolutely flawless on this Sapphire S. I am very impressed, and it has been rock solid.Quality - The unit itself is very sturdy. The hardware used is of good quality. Everything aligns very well. I do not foresee any issues with quality in the future. Value - You will not find a better printer for this price. This printer exceeded my expectations on every level.

The shipping was very fast. The box is slightly wrinkled, but it seems nothing was hurt. In my last few uses, this Two trees Sapphire S 3D printer works quite great.The shafts are smooth, the bushings are durable, and the rails are also of good quality. Printed while only PLA, sticks perfectly to the table, even difficult then to separate the detail from the table. And this machine does well in accuracy, its XY-axis positioning accuracy is only 0.011mm.Overall, everything is done and managed quickly and easily. Well, there was some noise, but I was ok with it. In principle, a pretty good product.

Setup took under an hour, and with very little fussing I was in business, the print quality is amazing, and you can print very fast compared to other models around this price. It's a great buy for what you're getting.

Started doing some prints, and they look great. Take your time, and pay attention to detail in constructing the printer, you learn a lot about the printer, and it saves you time in the long run.

Love it!! This is my first 3D printer and it took a bit to figure out how to dial in the settings to get consistently good prints, but this printer has been a joy to use.

Really happy with how it's been printing PLA and even wood. The models stick well without using any kind of glue stuff.
